Why this service here
What Noblesville homes are actually like
Noblesville has one of the clearest splits in the metro: a historic courthouse square with century-old homes, and rings of newer subdivisions built out around it. We quote both regularly. The older homes near downtown need attention to trim, original floors, and older bathrooms; the newer subdivisions are more standardized and often better suited to a recurring plan.
Platted in January 1823 by William Conner and Josiah Polk, and almost certainly named for James Noble, Indiana's first United States senator. A quieter story has survived alongside it — that Polk named the town for Lavina Noble, the woman he was engaged to.
