We are a service business. We do not operate a retail storefront, and visits are by appointment only.

By accessing this website you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Using this website does not create a service agreement between you and us. A service agreement begins only when we send you a written quote and you accept it. The terms that govern the cleaning work itself are on our Terms of Service page.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

Information you send through this site travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored so that they are not lost if an email fails to deliver, and access to that stored information is restricted to the business owner and protected by a password.

We collect only what we need in order to quote and carry out the work. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank credentials through this website or by email.

If something went wrong, tell us directly and we will deal with it. Send an email to the address above, or call, and include:

• Your name and the address where the service took place
• The date of the visit
• What happened, and what you would like us to do about it

We aim to respond within two business days. If a cleaning was not done to the standard described in your quote, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return and correct it at no additional cost.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may contact the Consumer Protection Division of the Indiana Attorney General's Office.
