Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Titan Shine Cleaning Co. collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

In short: we collect only what we need to give you a quote and clean your space, we don't sell your information to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

When you request a quote or send us a message, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service address, city, and ZIP code where cleaning would take place
• Your company name, if the request is for a business
• Details about the space — size, number of rooms, type of cleaning requested
• How many dogs, cats, or other animals live in the home, and whether there are children — we ask because it changes which products we bring, how long the work takes, and how we plan the visit
• Any product preferences or sensitivities you tell us about, including allergies
• How you heard about us, if you choose to tell us
• The language you would prefer we reply in
• Any notes you choose to include
• Whether you consented to receive text messages

If you tell us about an allergy or a product that cannot be used in your home, we treat it as sensitive information: it is recorded so the cleaner assigned to your home knows about it, and it is used for nothing else.

If you apply for a job through our careers page, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, most recent employer, level of cleaning experience, availability, whether you have transportation, and what you write about why you want the role. Applications are read only by the owner.

When you browse the site, we record your IP address, the approximate city and state it points to, your browser, and the pages you visited. We keep this for 90 days and then it deletes itself automatically.

If you accept the cookie notice, we also store a random identifier in your browser for one year so we can tell whether you have visited before. This is how we learn which parts of the Indianapolis metro our enquiries come from, which helps us plan routes. If you decline, we count the visit but do not mark your browser, and nothing follows you from one day to the next.

We want to be plain about what this is: it is tracking, on our own site, by us. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and there are no third-party trackers on this site at all — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media trackers.

Location from an IP address is approximate. It usually identifies a city, sometimes only a region, and it is often wrong by many miles. We never treat it as your actual address.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged after the service is complete.

We use your information only to:

• Prepare and send you a quote
• Contact you about your request or a scheduled appointment
• Provide the cleaning service you booked
• Keep records of work performed and prices agreed
• Send text messages, only if you separately opted in

We do not use your information for advertising to you, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.

The consent checkbox for text messages is separate, optional, and never pre-checked. Your quote is not conditional on accepting it — you will receive the same service either way.

If you do opt in, you can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by telling us through any other channel. We will honor that request promptly and across all channels.

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent it. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate:

• Our email delivery provider, which transmits quote confirmations and messages
• Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as in response to a valid legal request

Each of these providers processes your data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Quote requests that don't become bookings are kept for up to two years, so we can recognize you if you come back, and then deleted.

Records of completed work — service address, dates, and prices — are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, which under Indiana and federal practice generally means at least seven years.

Text message consent records are retained for as long as you remain opted in and for a period afterward, since we may need to demonstrate that consent was properly obtained.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information, except records we must keep for tax purposes
• Stop contacting you, or stop sending text messages

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Quote and contact submissions are transmitted over that encrypted connection and delivered to our business email.

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work. We do not store your information in shared documents or send it over unencrypted channels.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affected your personal information, we would tell you promptly and directly rather than burying a notice on the site.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes — anything that affects how we use or share your information — will be noted clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
