Pressure Washing & Gutter Cleaning

The outside of a property is the first thing anyone sees. We clean driveways, patios, siding and gutters across the Indianapolis metro.

Pressure Washing & Gutter Cleaning

What We Do Outside

Two Services, One Visit

If it's on the list we do it. If it isn't, we'll say so before we start — and on exteriors, that usually means we're protecting the surface.

Pressure Washing

Concrete, brick, siding and painted surfaces come back to their real color — without the damage that comes from using the wrong pressure.

What's included

  • Driveways, sidewalks and walkways
  • Patios, decks and porch floors
  • Vinyl and fiber-cement siding
  • Fences and exterior walls
  • Garage floors and entryways

What we don't do

  • Roofs and shingles — high pressure strips the granules that protect them
  • Loose or damaged siding, until it has been repaired
  • Old or soft wood that would splinter under pressure

Gutter Cleaning

Blocked gutters send water down your walls and into the foundation. Clearing them is the cheapest repair you will ever make on a house.

What's included

  • Full removal of leaves, seeds and sediment
  • Downspouts flushed and checked for flow
  • Debris bagged and taken away
  • A heads-up if we spot loose brackets or separated seams

What we don't do

  • Repairing or replacing gutters and downspouts
  • Installing gutter guards
  • Anything requiring work above the second floor

Questions

Before You Book

Once a year is enough for most homes in central Indiana. North-facing concrete and anything under trees builds up green algae faster, so those may want it every spring. If you can see a clean stripe where a planter used to sit, it is time.

Late fall, once the trees have dropped, is the single most useful cleaning of the year. A second pass in spring catches seed pods and roof grit. If your house sits under mature maples or pines, twice a year is not overkill.

We bring our own equipment, but we do use an outside spigot on your property. If the water is shut off or the outdoor tap is not working, let us know when you book so we can plan for it.

No. Exterior work does not require access to the inside of the house. We do ask that vehicles be moved off the driveway and that gates be unlocked if the work is in a fenced yard.

Not when the pressure matches the surface, which is most of the job. Vinyl and painted surfaces get a lower setting than concrete. Plants and shrubs next to the work area get rinsed before and after, which is what prevents damage from the cleaning solution.
