Your first cleaning with us
If a home hasn't had professional cleaning recently, a deep clean sets the baseline. After that, recurring visits maintain it — and cost less.
Seasonal reset
Spring and fall are the natural points to catch up on the areas routine cleaning doesn't reach, especially before windows stay closed all winter.
After work is done in the home
Even small renovations spread fine dust into rooms that were never touched. It settles for days, which is why one pass usually isn't enough.
Before people come to stay
Guest rooms and guest bathrooms are usually the least-used and least-cleaned parts of a house. This is the visit that catches them.

Deep Cleaning FAQ
Longer than a standard cleaning — a deep clean covers what routine visits skip. We give you a time estimate with your written quote so you can plan your day.
If you have recurring service, once or twice a year is plenty — the routine visits handle the rest. If you clean your own home between visits, once or twice a year is still the usual rhythm. Booking a deep clean every month is almost always more than a home needs.
No. Most clients aren't. Because a deep clean takes longer, many people prefer to be out of the house for it. You can let us in, leave a key or door code, or arrange building access — we agree the method beforehand.
Don't clean. Do put away personal items, clear the countertops you want cleaned, and pick up anything on the floor you'd rather we not move. Every minute we spend relocating belongings is a minute not spent cleaning.
Yes. Both are part of a deep clean at no extra charge — the oven racks and the refrigerator shelves come out and get washed. One favor: empty the refrigerator before we arrive. We will not throw away food or move it to a cooler, so anything left inside is a shelf we cannot reach.
They overlap, but a move-out clean adds the insides of cabinets, drawers, and closets — which is only practical when the home is empty. If you're moving, ask for a move-out clean instead.
