Move-In Cleaning

Move-Out Cleaning
After your things are gone

- Bathrooms scrubbed to inspection standard
- Kitchen degreased, including appliance exteriors
- Appliance interiors on request (oven, refrigerator)
- Marks spot-cleaned from walls and switch plates
- Window sills, tracks, and interior glass
- Baseboards and floor edges detailed
- Floors cleaned last, on the way out the door

A tenant, a landlord, and someone moving in are all buying the same service for completely different reasons.
If you're a tenant
Your security deposit usually comes down to how the kitchen and bathrooms look on inspection day, plus whether the insides of cabinets were touched. Those are exactly the areas a normal cleaning skips — and exactly what we focus on. Book for after the last box is out, so nothing gets re-dirtied.
If you're a landlord or agent
An empty unit costs money every day it sits. We work on turnover timelines and can usually schedule within a short window, so the property is photograph-ready and showable rather than waiting on a cleaner. Tell us your handover date and we'll work backward from it.
If you're moving in
You have no idea who lived there before you, how they cleaned, or what's inside those cabinets. A move-in clean is the one chance to reset the whole home while it's completely empty and every surface is reachable. After the furniture arrives, it never gets that easy again.
Timing
Book It for After the Movers
The single most common mistake with this service is scheduling it too early.
Furniture dragged across floors, boxes stacked in corners, and doors propped open all afternoon will undo a clean that happened the day before. Cleaning an empty property takes less time and produces a far better result — which is why the price assumes it.

Move-In & Move-Out FAQ
After, always. A move-out clean done before the furniture leaves has to be redone, because moving heavy items across floors and through doorways makes a mess. Same for move-in: clean the empty house first, then bring the boxes.
No, and be careful with any cleaning company that promises it. Deposits also cover damage, unpaid rent, and wear beyond cleaning — none of which we control. What we can do is make sure cleanliness isn't the reason it's withheld, and give you an itemized receipt showing what was done.
On a move-in or move-out they are add-ons; on a deep clean they are included. Most landlords and property managers do expect them on a move-out, so it is usually worth adding. Either way, please empty the refrigerator before we arrive.
As early as you know your date. End of month and end of lease periods are the busiest times in this business, and the last few days of the month fill up first.
It works best that way, and it's what the price assumes. We can work around a few remaining items, but we won't move heavy furniture or boxes, and anything we can't reach can't be cleaned.
